I woke up 05:30 cleaned my teeth and had a shave. At 06:50 my carers came and dressed me. I went to the dining room and had my breakfast.
At 08:00 my taxi came ( Wheels, 0113 249 9999) and the taxi driver took me to my Work Preparation course run by paulalmond@best-train.com & stuartcockerham@best-train.com at the Belle Isle Foundation email foundation@belle-isle.co.uk excellent conference and training facilities.
I got an appointment to fill my Baclofin pump on 11/10/07 14:30 I phoned to ensure they had booked an ambulance - Yes
Also I got an appointment to see an Occupational Therapist on 11/10/07 15:00 I phoned to tell them I had another appointment. I left a message because she was out.
